This is my first product review, so it better be good, right? Well here we go for better or worse.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be selected as one of a few people allowed to promote this product. Lucky me!
And it’s damn good!
I’ve always been a big fan of travel hacking. Over the last few years, I’ve been able to fly to Brazil round trip, New York round trip, Germany to Portland one way, and Hawaii one way all on the airline’s dime.
And I did that completely on my own.
Finally, good ol’ Chris Guillebeau has come out with a conglomeration of all the air mile offerings and deals available to consumers in one freakin’ place!
Hell ya. It’s time for us to get our money’s worth out of airline companies.
So to the product already, right?
The Travel Hacking Cartel
First a little bit about Chris the founder.
Chris’s worldwide adventures have been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Entrepreneur, CNN, Wired, Psychology Today, Huffington Post, Writer’s Digest, Moneysense, Budget Travel, Oregonian, and thousands of blogs. His first book, The Art of Non-Conformity, was published in September 2010 by Penguin.
He knows his stuff.
In a nutshell, the Travel Hacking Cartel DEMOCRATIZES free and low-cost travel. The goal is to make travel fun, affordable, and accessible for EVERYONE.
Many of the problems people face is that:
- They don’t understand how to use air miles to their biggest advantage.
- They don’t have all the pertinent information for making a good decision in one place.
- They have trouble connecting mileage earning to mileage redeeming.
That’s where this product earns it’s weight in gold. Not only does it do all the hard work for you, but it gets you off your butt and out there to your dream destination.
Simply, these are the main ways we’ll help our members:
-
Regular “Deal Alerts” sent via email and SMS/text message
(when a big opportunity comes up, our members will be the
first to know)
-
Tutorials and an extensive Knowledge Base to get people
started (our research showed that most people have no idea
what to do with miles and points… we’ll tell them) -
The Refer-a-Hacker Program that pays members 500 Frequent
Flyer Miles for each referral (we’ve tried to make this process
extremely easy – everyone has their own referral link directly in
their account settings) -
The “World’s Greatest Guarantee” – if members follow our
directions and spend at least 30 minutes a month travel hacking,
they’ll earn enough miles for at least 1 plane ticket every quarter,
or 4 plane tickets a year (we also provide info on how to redeem
miles for great awards)
And you know what? It’s only $1 for a 14 day trial membership. That’s less than what you probably spend on your coffee each morning.

And think about the benefits. By having this knowledge base at your fingertips, you could possibly save 1,000 times over what you invested in the product. Sounds like a good deal to me.
I wouldn’t be promoting it otherwise. ESPECIALLY as my first product review.
After your 14 day trial, it becomes a membership site where you can choose three levels of membership: Economy ($15/month), Business ($25/month), and First Class ($39/month), you choose. If you don’t like it, you’re out a buck. A freakin’ buck, that’s it!
I’m pretty sure once you see what the product has to offer, you’ll stay though.
Again, the guarantee of The Travel Hacking Cartel? Follow our Deal Alerts and spend at least 30 minutes a month working the system, and you’ll earn enough Frequent Flyer miles for one free plane ticket every quarter (25,000 miles), or four a year (100,000 miles). It’s on the honor system—if you’ve made a good faith effort and aren’t flying high, let us know and we’ll comp you extra months or help you get the miles you need.
That’s seriously the guarantee verbatim. Can you say cha-ching!?
So there you go. My first product review on the kick ass Travel Hacking Cartel.
If you wanna give it a try, just click the link below (or any of the travel hacking images in this post for that matter), sign up, and start learning all the ways to become an expert travel hacker.
