About
That's me!
Hey guys, welcome to Follow Me Everywhere!
I’m Ryan and this is my site.
First, a little bit about myself. I’m a 26 year old guy with a serious disease as well as addiction. I’ve been clinically diagnosed with the travel bug and it seems to be gaining strength every day. I have an adventurous spirit which has led to some pretty amazing experiences, as well as a few not-so-amazing ones.
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, but have spent the last few years out and about from living in Hawai’i to traveling around the globe. I’m a fan of anything outdoors and love to party the night away.
I live by one motto. “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.”
So far its treated me pretty well and led me to some crazy adventures.
For the duration of 2010, I traveled to 25 different countries while living my dream of seeing the world. I always knew the 9-5 job wasn’t for me, but after traveling the world, it was reaffirmed.

I’m just not one of those “typical” people. The thought of a cubicle makes me nauseous. There’s too much of the world to see and too many pretty girls to meet to be stuck in the office!
I’m bound and determined to transform my life into one of location independence where I can travel and work simultaneously.
I’m here to help you with your journey in traveling the world, whether it’s for 1 week or 1 year. And I have the experience to back it up!
That said, I have first hand knowledge on:
-Travel preperation
-Anxiety regarding “making the leap of faith”
-Saving the moolah to make it happen
-What to do once on the road
-Some pretty awesome places to go
-Specific advice and hints to making your stay in a foreign country incredible
-And much more that I learned while abroad and continue to learn each and every day

Again, thanks for visiting Follow Me Everywhere, where my dream is becoming a reality.

Very nice website. Beautiful photos. Good luck with your location free job and continued traveling. Africa looks beautiful. Which tour group did you go with? If I only had 2 weeks to do it, where would you visit? Thanks!
Hey there! I went through a company called Drifter’s. They were excellent, but a bit pricey. For a 32 days, it was around $3500. Regardless, I would have paid double the price knowing what I know now about the experience.
If you only had two weeks, I would go to Tanzania if you’re into wildlife. You can go to the Serengeti, Mt. Kilimanjaro if you want, and chill out at Zanzibar. Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania is a must if you wanna see migrating zebra, wildebeast, and tons of creatures in a small area.
Tanzania is also close enough to Malawi so that you could possibly visit Lake Malawi and/or go to the other direction towards Kenya and see the Masai Mara.
South Africa is incredible too, but I was there for the World Cup so I had a skewed view on the place. Skewed in a good way of course! Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the World too!
I guess it all depends on what you’re after. If you have any specific questions, feel free to drop me a line. Happy to help
Nice job Ryan. I’m looking forward to your adventures yet to come. Your welcome to crash on my couch anytime!
Really well put together site. I enjoyed looking through it, and the writing is well done. Enjoy your trip to europe and maybe see you trekking again sometime soon..
Hey Ryan,
Great site! How do you afford to travel all over the world???
– Megan
Hey Megan. Sorry it’s been a while to respond. Been on the road the last month. For 6 months of the year, Im a travel guide in America. During the 6 months I have very little expenses so I save most the money I make and then blow it on travel the next 6 months. For longer trips (Like year long ones) I just save like mad until I feel I have enough money to start traveling and then just go. Hope that answers your question
